Being Boss is Not Enough
When you look at the people currently leading our institutions, our nations and even our world… do you like what you see? Are you confident they’re up to the job? Or do you think maybe we need better people?
One thing’s for sure – the classic leadership model of previous centuries is completely inadequate for the challenges of the century we’re actually in. Today’s leader needs to be a genius problem solver, strategist, visionary, innovator and diplomat; brilliant but humble, exceptional but relatable, charismatic but honest, an extraordinary individual that ordinary people could happily have a beer with.
Does such a person even exist? Not so far.
Perhaps it’s time to question our deepest assumptions about leadership and see if we can’t come up with something a whole lot better?
We are drowning in accolades for the event so thank you enormously for the intelligence, razor wit and bounding energy you brought to the day. Absolutely champion effort and a joy meeting you…

Event Programming
Where It Works Best in an Event Program
- Perfect as a mid-morning keynote, better still if paired with an after-lunch workshop.
- It makes for a great closer keynote as well.
- Or go deeper with a half-day, one-day or two-day Masterclass.
We received comments from senior people that this was the best training time they’ve ever spent.
